Travel Reservation Request

Travel Reservation Policies

1. Any out-of-state travel requests submitted are automatically booked if available. You cannot “Check Availability”.
2. Once an out-of-state reservation is booked, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. A Travel Reservation fee of 10% or $25 cash (whichever is less) will be charged, plus charges applied from any reciprocal account will be passed on to the buyer.
4. Allow a minimum of one week to receive confirmation for any out-of-state travel.
5. All reservations are based on availability. Blackout periods do apply.
6. No hotels or reservations are guaranteed by The Trade Exchange until you receive a confirmation number.
7. A Credit Card is mandatory for confirmation. A broker will contact you once your request is received.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above policies.
